Senior Pastor Ronnie NGOBI Livingstone is the Founder and President of Portbell Pentecostal Church (PPC) whose Headquarters are situated in Kampala City, Uganda, East Africa.
He is also the Senior Pastor of Port-Bell Pentecostal Church, located in Port-Bell, Panda Pier Zone, Luzira, Kampala City.

Port-Bell Pentecostal Church Prison and Door to Door ministry is on fire for Jesus Christ, reaching Luzira Prison is an open door for us and we are using it to reach the lost souls and bring them back to God.
